1.Register

You can easily register for a conference call room via the conference portal. Please fill in all the fields and select the type of conference room you require. You will then receive your individual access data by e-mail. The audio conference room is then available to you for permanent use, also for further audio conferences.

2.Audio Conference

At the agreed time you dial a telephone number Your dial-in number list  (e.g. for Frankfurt +49(0) 69 380 98 917)

After the welcome, you will be prompted to enter the Conference Entry Code (the moderator PIN) followed by the # key. Your participants dial in in the same way, but enter the participant PIN and # key. Please make sure that multi-frequency (DTMF) is activated on your telephone. As soon as you have dialed in, your conference room is active. Before that, your participants will hear music and will not be able to talk to each other.

During the conference, all participants can talk. Participants should make sure that they are talking on the phone in a quiet environment, as background noise may disturb the conference.

Key commands for participants
With a multi-frequency dialing capable telephone, the participants can execute the following control commands during the conference:

3.Security Remarks

With the meetyoo conferencing service, you can hold your audio conferences securely and at any time without having to book in advance. To ensure that you can continue to hold your conferences at the usual security standard, meetyoo recommends your PINs every three months to renew. To prevent participants of previous audio conferences from dialing into current ones.

To do so, send an e-mail with the moderator PIN to coba@meetyoo.de.

If you no longer need existing audio conference rooms, please send a short e-mail to coba@meetyoo.de with the moderator PIN. Of course you can also order new rooms at any time free of charge.

Virtual Event
A virtual event is a gathering where individuals experience the event and its content online instead of meeting in person.

There is also the hybrid variant. This involves a combination of a physical in-person event and a virtual event. This way, people who are not physically present can also participate.

Webcast / Online Event

No, there is no limit to the number of participants or duration of our webcasts.
The webcast from meetyoo is suitable for a wide variety of Communication occasions. Flexible participation takes place via computer, smartphone or tablet. Numerous opportunities for live interaction also enable an intensive exchange with the relevant target groups about specific topics, products or services
The recording of the webcast is available 'on-demand' or as an mp4. file.
Live voting can take place during your event and the results are presented in the webcast.
A survey will give attendees the opportunity for valuable feedback on the content shown at the end of the event.

Audio Conference

If you want to conduct flexible audio conferences around the clock with up to 30 participants. For this you have to register once.
You receive a moderator PIN when you register. With the moderator PIN you can identify yourself as moderator when dialing into your audio conference and open the conference. This provides you with some additional control functions that you can perform via your telephone keypad. You can find the functions in our Quickguide.
The participant PIN is used to identify your participants. To enter the conference, all participants must enter their PIN via a multi-frequency telephone.
To control your audio conference, you need a multi-frequency dialable (DTMF) phone (landline or mobile). Then you can use the following key combinations to perform the described functions:

Our operator team will connect you to your audio conference during service hours (Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.). Please have your PIN ready for this. You will automatically be connected to an operator if you do not enter a PIN.
The conference is terminated when all participants end the call (hang up the handset).
The conference costs are billed via the cost center and the conference access holder.
Yes. You can order as many audio conference rooms as you like, e.g. for different projects.
